Keiro-kai Luncheon 2023
Keiro-kai is an annual gathering to honor, celebrate, and show our gratitude to our elders at MVBT.
We at the Mountain View Buddhist Temple, are deeply grateful for all that our Keiro have done and continue to do for our Sangha.
This year, the Mountain View Buddhist Temple will have a Keiro-kai Luncheon in honor of our members over seventy years young. The theme of this year’s event is “Issho Ni”, or “All together now”, expressing MVBT’s spirit of appreciation and cooperation shared between our multiple generations.

Location: MVBT Sangha Hall Gym
Keiro RSVP: Invitations were mailed to all Keiros in September. RSVP by using the order form enclosed with the invitations. Bentos for our MVBT Keiro are complimentary.
Non-Keiro RSVP: Non-Keiro members attending the luncheon are invited to preorder a Bento for $20 each. Non-Keiros, please only order bentos if you plan to join us for the luncheon.

BENTO LUNCHES will be catered by Suruki Supermarket.
We will be arranging for Keiro bento delivery (and pick-up by their caregivers) for those Keiro who are physically unable to attend the luncheon. Please send us an email if you are able to attend.
SCHEDULE:
11:30 am – Check-in at the Sangha Hall
12:00 pm – Program begins with emcee Mike Inouye, NBC Bay Area’s Traffic Anchor
12:30 pm – Entertainment
12:45 pm – Raffle
1:30 pm – Group picture.
Program ends & clean up by non-Keiros
