This policy is subject to change due to the evolving Santa Clara County Health Orders and knowledge of COVID-19. We request you comply with these policies to the best of your ability for the health of all concerned. These conditions are temporary during the COVID-19 pandemic and we all look forward to when things can get back to normal.
If you are attending a meeting, event, or service organized or sponsored by MVBT or involving Rev. Mukojima, you are required to fill out the MVBT Health Attestation Form ON THE DAY OF the meeting, event, or service.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health safety of Sensei and all attendees, please DO NOT ATTEND if you have any of the following symptoms:
Individual or Small Group visits/tasks/maintenance on temple grounds
Key Criteria:
Not for social purposes
Does NOT require review by MVBT Health and Safety Committee
MVBT Organization Group Activity OFF SITE from MVBT Property
This applies only to activities being organized, sponsored, and led by a MVBT Organization.
Key Criteria:
Must be OUTDOORS
Does NOT require review by MVBT Health and Safety Committee
MVBT Organization Group Activity ON-SITE at MVBT
Key Criteria:
Does NOT require review by MVBT Health and Safety Committee provided all criteria are met and MVBT H&S protocols are followed
Organizers must also contact the Building Activities Committee to reserve the facilities:

Any group activity:
REQUIRES review by MVBT Health and Safety Committee and APPROVAL by MVBT Board
