The Health and Safety Committee at MVBT helps to manage and review policies and procedures related to COVID-19.  Please read through the resources below carefully.

This policy is subject to change due to the evolving Santa Clara County Health Orders and knowledge of COVID-19.  We request you comply with these policies to the best of your ability for the health of all concerned.  These conditions are temporary during the COVID-19 pandemic and we all look forward to when things can get back to normal.

To protect the health and safety of Rev Mukojima, no services at PRIVATE HOMES/RESIDENCES with Rev Mukojima are permitted by MVBT at this time.  Options for a virtual service are available as alternatives.

Service at the MVBT Nokotsudo/Columbarium

Maximum number of attendees:  7

 Masks and COVID19 vaccination REQUIRED

Service  arrangements must comply with the MVBT COVID19 Health and Safety Protocol for Nokotsudo Services in the with Rev Mukojima

Service at a private home or residence

Services in-person with Rev. Mukojima are NOT permitted at a private home or residence (regardless of indoor or outdoor) at this time.  Rev. Mukojima can discuss options for a virtual service as an alternative.

INDOOR or OUTDOOR service at a location off-MVBT property (ex: wedding, funeral home, mortuary, cemetery, etc)

Service at the MVBT Hondo

Maximum occupants in the Hondo (including attendees, helpers and Sensei): 50
